THE FAMILY EXPERIENCE
Family photos don’t have to mean asking everyone to sit perfectly still, look at the camera, and smile on command for an hour.
We’ll absolutely get those classic everyone-looking-at-the-camera photos — but then we’ll make room for everything else.
I’ll provide plenty of guidance while also letting kids be kids. We’ll walk, play, cuddle, laugh, and give everyone a chance to relax instead of worrying about getting every moment “perfect.”
And parents, if your little one decides they aren’t interested in our plans?
Don’t stress.
Sometimes the moments that weren’t planned end up becoming the photographs you love the most.
Because someday, you won’t just want to remember what everyone looked like.

Please don’t worry about it! Kids are kids, and they’re not expected to perform for the camera. We’ll give them opportunities to move, play, take breaks, and warm up at their own pace. Sometimes their completely unscripted moments become my favorites.

Coordinating usually photographs better than perfectly matching. Once your session is booked, I’m happy to help with outfit ideas so everyone looks cohesive while still feeling like themselves.

We’ll choose a location based on the look you’re going for, the season, and what works best for your family. I’m always happy to offer location suggestions if you don’t already have somewhere in mind.

Absolutely. As long as our location allows pets, four-legged family members are always welcome.

Absolutely. If you’re planning a larger extended-family session, let me know when you inquire so we can make sure you choose the appropriate session and have enough time for the different groupings you’d like photographed.
